Leptocheck® WB is a rapid, qualitative, sandwich immunoassay for the detection of Leptospira-specific IgM antibodies in human serum/plasma or whole blood specimens. It is useful for the serodiagnosis of current or recent Leptospirosis. The broadly reactive genus-specific antigen employed in the test allows the detection of Leptospira infections caused by a wide range of strains of different serovars.
